Kisspeptin-10 (HPG Axis) (Kisspeptin-10 (Metastin 45-54))

Category: Hormone Replacement. Status: Research compound.

A hypothalamic neuropeptide that is the master upstream regulator of the HPG axis. Stimulates natural GnRH pulsatility to restore endogenous testosterone, LH, and FSH production without suppressing the axis.

How it works

Binds KISS1R (GPR54) receptors on GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus, triggering pulsatile GnRH release. This cascades to LH/FSH secretion from the pituitary, maintaining the natural feedback loop.

  • dad_talia rated it 4/5 - Kisspeptin-10 fit my schedule better than I expected: I ran Kisspeptin-10 for about 3 weeks while teaching full days and still trying to lift after school, so my bar was pretty basic, I just wanted something that didnt make my routine more annoying. For me, it seemed to fit cleaner than I expected. I felt more stable with my training drive and noticed a bit more interest in sex stuff, which was honestly the main reason I was curious in the first place. I didnt feel like it turned my life upside down, and imo that is part of why I liked it. The small caveat is I would want bloodwork and a real reason for using it, because I am still skeptical abo
  • lifter_cole rated it 3/5 - Helped a bit, but I expected more from it: I tried Kisspeptin-10 during a grim patch where I was training early, teaching all day, and feeling properly flat in the evenings. Over about 10 weeks, my libido did lift a bit and I felt more “switched on” for a few days after dosing. But the change was mild, and it never felt like a proper reset. Could just have been my own body having a decent spell, but that was my honest take.
  • derek_hikes rated it 4/5 - Good drive, but my sleep took a hit: I ran Kisspeptin-10 for about four months in my late 40s, trying to keep my HPG axis from feeling like it was sliding downhill while I kept up with work and training on the West Coast. Libido and morning drive felt better for me, but I also noticed a lighter, more restless sleep that was annoying enough to mention.
  • nerdy_sleep rated it 5/5 - kisspeptin-10 gave me my drive back, honestly: i tried kisspeptin-10 for about 3 months because between long shifts in the lab, training after work, and just being 30-something in brazil, my hormones had been feeling a bit flat and my libido was not helping matters, honestly. for me it seemed to bring back that morning drive and a cleaner sense of hormonal rhythm, like my body was “on” again. i noticed the difference most clearly in the first few weeks, and it stayed pretty steady. could be my own response, of course, but the change was real enough that i kept using it.
  • gains_mom rated it 5/5 - Better than the hCG detour for me: I ran Kisspeptin-10 for about 3 weeks, and for me it felt cleaner than the hCG I’d messed with before. I’m a 50-something powerlifter down in the South, and I was chasing a bit more drive, better training mood, and keeping my HPG axis from acting goofy. My libido picked up, and I felt more “online” without that puffy, hormonally messy feeling I got from hCG. Just my own experience, but I preferred this one.
  • luis_b rated it 4/5 - Skeptical at first, but it surprised me a bit: I was pretty skeptical going in, honestly, since I’m an MD and usually side-eye anything that sounds too neat. After about 6 weeks, my libido and morning drive felt more consistently there, which did change my mind some. Small caveat, I’d still want labs and a doc in the loop.
