  • omar_squats rated it 3/5 - helped the burn, not the whole mess: i started bpc-157 oral after a stretch of ugly reflux and that annoying burn up my chest after late dinners and lifting heavy at 49. working as a nurse practitioner in the south, i was fixin' to do something besides just chew antacids like candy. over about 4 months, it seemed to take the edge off the irritation and my stomach felt calmer. i still had flare ups, especially with spicy food and bad timing.
  • lifter_cole rated it 3/5 - Took the edge off, but that was about it: I ran oral BPC-157 for about 4 weeks while working full-time as a teacher and still trying to train properly, which is usually when my gut starts acting up. For me it seemed to calm things a bit, less of that nagging irritation after meals and a bit less reflux when I was eating sensibly. It was not dramatic though. I would not sit here and pretend it transformed anything, because it did not. I felt a modest benefit, then it levelled off. On balance I am at 3 out of 5. Fine to try if you are being cautious, but I would not get carried away with it.
  • paddles_runner rated it 1/5 - No relief for my stomach pain from BPC-157 oral: Tried oral BPC-157 arginine salt for four months because I struggle with IBS-type gut pain after long ICU shifts, but honestly I could not feel any difference at all. No less bloating or cramps, nothing obvious changed for me. Could just be me, but I was disappointed.
