Immortality Stack Research Guide
Full name: Immortality (Epithalon + NAD+ + SS-31 + FOXO4-DRI)
The ultimate longevity and anti-aging stack targeting the primary hallmarks of aging. Epithalon for telomere maintenance, NAD+ for cellular energy restoration, SS-31 for mitochondrial protection, and FOXO4-DRI for senescent cell clearance.
How Immortality Stack Works
Epithalon activates telomerase to maintain telomere length. NAD+ restores age-declined sirtuins and PARP activity. SS-31 (Elamipretide) stabilizes mitochondrial cardiolipin preventing ROS damage. FOXO4-DRI disrupts FOXO4-p53 interaction, selectively triggering apoptosis in senescent cells.
Dosing Protocol
- Typical dose: Epithalon 10mg/day + NAD+ 250mg + SS-31 40mg/day + FOXO4-DRI 10mg/kg cycles
- Frequency: Epithalon: 10-day courses. Others: daily/cycled
- Duration: 10-20 day cycles, 3-4x yearly
- Route: Subcutaneous injection + IV (NAD+)
