Late‑day NA Selank Amidate – why I kept getting headaches

Posted by greg208 in Safety & Side Effects - 1 points, 0 comments.

I started the intranasal NA Selank amidate around 3pm to help with a late‑afternoon slump. The first few days I noticed a dull, throbbing headache that wouldn’t lift until the next morning. I kept the dosage at the 300‑600 mcg range that most forums recommend, so the dose itself wasn’t the suspect.

The timing seemed key. Aconc. I tried moving the dose up to the early afternoon and even to mid‑morning, and the headache disappeared.

I also noticed that when I paired it with my usual caffeine‑rich coffee, the jitter and subtle pressure in my head were more pronounced. I now keep the Selank separate from coffee and stick to a single morning dose. It’s a small tweak, but it’s made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort.
