Adding Quercetin to my Weekly Rapamycin – Thoughts on Timing and Dose?

Not gonna lie I’ve been on 3 mg of rapamycin once a week for about three months now and it’s been a bit of a game changer for my sleep and how I feel after a long shift. I’ve read that quercetin is a natural flavonoid that can act as a senolytic and some people pair it with dasatinib for a “fisetin/ dasatinib + quercetin” protocol, but I’m not sure how to fit itiframe absurdo with rapamycin. I’m thinking of hitting 500 mg daily, maybe in the morning, and then keeping the rapamycin on my usual Sunday evening dose.
I’ve heard the half‑life of quercetin is about 11–28 hours, so I’m wondering if there’s any overlap that might affect mTOR inhibition or if the antioxidant effect might just complement it. Anyone out there tried quercetin with rapamycin? How long did it take for you to notice any benefit or any side effects?
