Epithalon injection site pain – what helps?

Not gonna lie, I've been injecting 5 mg of Epithalon subcutaneously for the past two weeks and the spot on my thigh has been a real nuisance. The first three doses left"):
a small bruise and a dull ache that lingered for a day or two. By the fourth dose the redness was still there and I started feeling a bit sore around the injection point the next morning.

I’ve been using a 25‑G needle, rotating sites, and a warm compress right after the shot, but the pain still comes back. I’m not sure if it’s just my body reacting to the peptide or if something else is at play – maybe the sodium citrate in the solution, or a needle that's too short. I’ve read that some people swear by injecting into the abdomen or using a finer needle, but I haven’t tried that yet.

Anyone else dealing with this or have a trick to keep the injection site calm? Any advice on technique or after‑care would be great.
