Adding PQQ to My Weekly Rapamycin? Experienced Benefits?

Posted by greg208 in Longevity & Anti-Aging - 1 points, 0 comments.

I’ve been taking 3‑6 mg of rapamycin once a week for about a year now, mainly to keep my immune tidy and to try and mimic a bit of caloric restriction at the cell level. The first few months were fine, but I started feeling a drop in my usual daytime energy and my sleep was a bit ragged in the mornings. A friend mentioned PQQ as a mitochondrial biogenesis booster and told me it’s got a fair reputation for improving sleep quality and brain sharpness.

So I added 10‑15 mg daily, right after breakfast. Within a week I noticed that my groggy mornings cleared up and I was less tempted to grab an extra cup of coffee after lunch. The only weird side effect was a slightly vivid dream at night, but that æsn't bothered me too much.

The combination seems to give a gentle lift without the mouth sores or lipid changes that can come from higher rapamycin doses. If anyone’s tried this pair, I’d love to hear what you noted, especially on night‑time recovery and any immune tweaks.
