Rapamycin Pulse: 6‑Week Beginner’s Take on Sleep and Energy

I started a rapamycin pulse 6 weeks ago, 6 mg once a week, just to see if the hype about mTOR inhibition and autophagy lived up to the hype. I’ve been logging sleep, workouts and mood every night with a basic spreadsheet and the changes are real enough to talk about. After the first week I felt a bit of mouth soreness and the usual GI tug, but no severe side effects.
30 am without the groggy half‑wake that used to haunt me on weekends. Energy during the day is higher, especially when I hit the gym; I can push through a 5‑mile run that used to tire me out by mile four. I’ve also noticed my skin looking a little clearer, and the usual post‑workout soreness is shorter.
I haven’t seen any serious health changes yet, but the trend feels worth following for another 12 weeks. If anyone else is on a pulse, what’s your 6‑week snapshot?
