Pea study shows promise for chronic pain – my tbh take

e. Not just an anecdote, it’s rápidaish data and the numbers showed a 35‑40% drop in pain rating versus placebo, i reckon that’s a real bite if the effect holds up. I’ve been dabbling with 600 mg pea around lunch at 8‑am[ip] for a month now and for the most part my back pain feels a bit less raw when i get up, but i still get that sharp flare after a hard run, so i guess the dose or the timing might need tweaking.

I’m curious if anyone’s tried a staggered dosing schedule or combined it with a mast‑cell stabiliser – maybe the combo could smooth out the spikes. What’s your take on the pea hype – is it overblown or genuinely a game‑changer for chronic aches?
