First week of Adamax for exam focus: what I felt and how I handled the headaches

I started using Adamax last month right before my final exams. 5 mg intranasally twice a day, about 30 minutes before I hit the books. The first couple of days I noticed a jittery buzz that made my mind feel sharper, like a quick burst of focus that let me drill through dense material.

After about an hour my brain felt a bit overloaded and I got a pressure headache that started behind my eyes paints. I lowered the dose to once a day and added a small 30‑ml cup of chamomile tea, which seemed to ease the ache. By week three I was consistently hitting the 1 mg dose twice daily without the intense headache.

My memory recall during the mock tests improved; I could chain together answers more fluidly. I still feel debes if I skip a dose, but the overall balance feels right. I’m holding off on adding any other stack because the simple boost and the mild side effect curve are manageable.
