First Week of Rapamycin Pulse – How's Sleep and Energy?
Posted by grace_sleepnerd in Longevity & Anti-Aging - 1 points, 0 comments.
I just did my first 6 mg rapamycin pulse that telemedicine told me to take once a week. I’m 39, new to all this, so I’m keeping it simple. The first day I got a mildWheel, some soreness in my mouth and a weird greasy feeling in my skin, but that’s probably the injection site. By Day 3 I was noticing thatώνει my sleep was more fragmented, woke up a couple more times than usual. By Day 7 the energy seemed a little lower than normal, but I didn’t feel the same lethargic slump I’d get from a bad day at work. Sleep quality was still a bit off, but I didn’t have the vivid dreams or nightmares some people mention.
I’d like to know if anyone else in the group feels a change in skin texture or overall vitality after a week of rapamycin. Does the 1‑week pulse actually start to hit the autophagy thing, or do we need longer periods? Also, any tips on managing the mouth sores? I’ll keep loggin’ my weekly vibes and will share more if the pattern holds. Thanks for the heads‑up!
