Trying Low meira Rapamycin Pulse, What I Noticed in a Month

Hi y’all, lately I’ve been lookin’ at low‑dose rapamycin pulsing, the 3–6 mg once a week thing that folks keep talkin’ about. I started it last month, took the 4 mg on a Sunday, then the rest of the week was just normal life. I’ll be honest, I’m a beginner still, so I’m just tryn’ to see what ટ્ર something like that does to my sleep, energy and skin.
After the first round I felt a mild sore in my mouth that cleared up by Friday – not a big deal. The next few days my sleep was a bit deeper, I didn’t wake up as cranky in the mornings. I also noticed my skin had less redness around my eyes, maybe some improvement in that fine‑line area.
Energy was steady, no crash. I’ve got no cancer history, just a normal bloodwork routine, and I’ve been oniggins for a couple of years. Anyone else try the pulsing method? What did you notice in the first month?
