Joint Pain After checkpoint? Firstirde my Follistatin-344

I just hit my first 100mcg of Follistatin-344 after some more than a month of bench work and the next day I got this weird aching in my knees and hips – all the joints that do the heavy lifting. IMho it’s not a whole lot of pain, but it’s identifiers that something’s off with the rapid growth I’m trying to do.
The stuff says it can stress joints from quick gains, but I’ve never taken it before and my normal routine is pretty steady. I’m wondering if that’s normal or if I should be more cautious. Also, I’m thinking about checking my bloodwork in a week – maybe my liver enzymes or B12 are creeping up.
Has anyone else felt joint discomfort after a start of Follistatin-344 or a similar performance stack? Any dose tweaks or anti‑inflammatory measures that helped? I’d really appreciate any real experiences.

- greg208: Got your first 100 mcg of Follistatin‑344ueble and the next day the knees and hips were paying the price. Not a huge pain, just that nagging ache you get after a jump in muscle mass. I’ve had the same feel with a quick boost of growth hormone earlier in my career – the connective tissue just lags behind the muscle. A mild NSAID a couple times a week and a bit of extra protein for collagen (like proline and vitamin C) helped me keep it under control. I’m not going to say it’ll fix it, but a tiny
- grace_sleepnerd: Thanks for the heads‑up, greg. I’ll cut the dose down to 75 mcg and start adding proline and vitamin C to my meals, plus a light stretch routine before and after lifts. I’ll also take ibuprofen a couple times a week, but I’m not sure whether to take it right before or after training – what worked best for you?
