Anyone running KLOW with low dose tirzepatide?

I am looking at a recovery focused stack and want some feedback before I start it proper. Right now I am thinking KLOW on the usual split, BPC-157 and KPV daily, TB-500 and GHK-Cu a few times a week. Then maybe add low dose tirzepatide, since my appetite is too wild during heavy run blocks and it might help keep food intake cleaner.
I do not want to make this messy though. My worry is if the appetite suppression hits too hard and recovery gets worse because I am under eating. For me, that is the bigger problem than fat loss.
Has anyone here run a combo like this and kept training quality okay? I am also curious how people time the tirzepatide shot with long run day or hard intervals. Once weekly should be simple, but in real life it can still feel rough the first days after injection.
If you used it, did you start low and hold there for a while, or move up fast? I am reading the dosing notes, but I want real feedback from people who actually tried stacking it with healing work...
