Got joint pain after first IGF‑1 LR3 dose – is that normal?

I started a Performance Stack last month – 100 mcg of follistatin, 50 mcg of IGF‑1 LR3 and 200 mcg of MGF post‑workout, plus nightly CJC‑1295/Ipamorelin. About a week in, I felt a sharp ache in my knees and shoulders that wasn’t there before. I checked my fasting glucose the next day; it was 98 mg/dL, so no hypoglycemia, but the pain was persistent for a couple of days.

From reading the stack profile, joint discomfort is listed among the side effects, supposedly from rapid strength gains. I’ve heard others say it’s common, but I’m not sure if it’s a sign I should pause or just accept the trade‑off. I’m also checking if a lower IGF‑1 dose or adding a prophylactic anti‑inflammatory might help. Anyone else experienced this? How did you manage it? I’m looking for practical tweaks, not a cure‑all.
