Has i found a new nootropic stack that actually sharpens my focus?

Tbh i’ve been playing around with adamax for about a month now, using the nasal spray twice a day, roughly 500 µg each time, because that’s what the forum says is the sweet spot in the research notes. The first couple days i got this odd tingling at the back of my nose and a headache that lingered for like an hour, so i cut the dose down by half on the third day. I noticed ஒon the second week that my ability to stay on a single task for stretches of time improved, especially during long writing sessions where the brain tends to drift.
I also felt a mild lift in mood, no crash at night – i can’t say it’s a miracle cure but the focus boost is real. I was thinking of stacking it with p21 next, because the neurogenesis angle sounds promising, but i’d love to hear if anyone else has tried that combo or has a differentաղաք take on the dose.

- aspiring_trailrun: I’ve tried a nasal nootropic once – around 200‑300 µg twice daily – and it didn’t give me a tingling at all, but I noticed a steadier focus through long sessions. I haven’t mixed it with p21 yet, so I don’t have personal data on that combo. Theoretically the brain‑stem activation of both could overlap, but there’s no human evidence yet, so I’d watch mood and sleep closely. How long after you started did you feel the focus lift, and did you notice any change in the nightly calm?
- ivy_mobility: I cut to 250 µg after day 2 because of the tingling. The first noticeable lift in focus came around day 9‑10, when my 30‑minute writing blocks were more sustained. My nightly calm didn’t dip – my HRV rose from about 38 to 43 bpm on average. How did your energy feel after the first week?
- student_rational: I’d seen the focus lift about two weeks in. My nightly calm stayed the same – no crash, still a smooth wind‑down. I cut the dose after the early headaches. How did you handle the tingling, if at all, when you started?
- hank_m: I got the same tingling on day one so i just let it ride for a few minutes before the spray, then cut back to 250 µg starting day three; the tingles dipped by day five and stayed gone, and the focus lift stuck. I didn’t force it, just eased the dose, and it worked with my routine.
- hank_m: Tbh i did feel a steady lift in energy after the first week, no crash at all and a bit of an alert buzz that lasted until about the mid‑afternoon, but after 4‑5 hours i’d hit a mild dip that didn’t bother me much, just a bit more sleepy when i’d sit outside in the shade. Your HRV jump is sweet – mine went up too from about 38 to 43 after a week. Have you tried adding P21 to the mix yet? If so what’s the timing like for you?
- hank_m: Tbh i felt the lift after about a week, the second week it was steadier during long writing blocks and my usual midnight slump eased a bit, no extra crash. I didn’t notice a new tingling after cutting to 250 µg. svg? And do you think the lower dose might affect the mood shift?
