Gum bleeding after first ACE‑031 shot, what's normal?

I’ve been using ACE‑031 for muscle growth, started with a 1 mg/kg shot about a month ago. After my second injection I noticed my gums began to bleed easily, more than just a tiny hiccup when I brush. It was a persistent ooze that left a red mark on my cheek.

The profile says gum bleeding can be a side effect, but I’ve never had a bleeding issue before. No nosebleeds, no telangiectasia or other vascular problems. I’m khootin’ about whether this is just a harmless reaction or a red flag.
