Tirzepatide titration: appetite, nausea curve and HRV trends

I just hit 12 weeks on 5 mg weekly tirzepatide after a 2 mg start, and the appetite suppression curve looks like a steep hill that suddenly flattens. For the first three weeks after the 3 mg bump I noticed a 30% drop in lunch portions, but the nausea did a double‑take; tbh the mornings were a scramble while the rest of the day it started to fade. I’ve been tracking HRV with the Oura ring – the mean SDNN dipped by about 15 ms on days with nausea but rebounded within a day once the dose settled.
7 kg off a 100 kg baseline, roughly 10% in the last month. Cardio metrics stayed stable, HRV stayed above 60 ms baseline, so it seems the drug’s metabolic effect isn’t hurting autonomic tone. Anyone else noticing a similar nausea–HRV pattern or plateau after the 5 mg step? Also, is there any data on whether adding a low dose of amlexanox can smooth the nausea curve?
