First dose of Cerebrolysin caused injection pain and dizziness – any tips?

I started Cerebrolysin a couple of weeks ago for a bit of cognitive support and I’m not entirely happy with the first rounds. The first injection on my thigh was a sharp, almost burning pain that lingered for a minute before it eased. After a few more shots I kept getting light‑headed and a bit of a saw‑tooth headache that lasted a couple of hours.

I know the product says “injection pain” and “dizziness” are possible, but I was hoping for a milder experience. I’ve read that using a smaller needle or rotating sites might help, but I’m not sure how best to do that safely. I did a quick blood screen last month and my liver enzymes were fine, nothing suspicious.

Has anyone else had similar first‑<JUMP> dose reactions and found a way to minimise the sting or the imbalance? I’m also wondering if the dose needs to be split or if a lower volume on the first few days might ease the side effects.
