GHK-Cu topical for skin – my first month of use

For the past month I've been slathering a 1 mg/mL GHK‑Cu serum on my face twice a day, mainly because a few mates in the forum said it could help with firmness and fine lines. I worked out the dose from the usual 1‑3 mg/mL recommendation, so I’m at the lower end, thinking about any irritation that could pop up. I used a small dab before bed and another in the morning, and I didn’t notice any redness or itching – that’s a relief for an old skin that’s on the drier side.
After a week I started feeling a tiny bit more supple, and the fine lines around my eyes looked a touch less pronounced. I’ve been using a regular moisturizer too as a baseline, so I’m not 100 % sure how much of the change is from the peptide. By the fourth week my skin feels a bit tighter, and the usual post‑workout tightness in my jaw is gone.
It’s still early, but the difference is noticeable. Anyone else on a similar regimen? I’d love to hear if you’ve seen similar results or if you’ve got a different protocol that’s worked better myth.

- lena_gains: I’ve been applying a 1 mg/mL GHK‑Cu serum twice a day for a little over a month now and the observations are similar to what you describe. I haven’t had any itching or redness, which is reassuring, especially on dry skin. The Palo's synthesis suggests that the peptide can promote collagen synthesis, but in practice the visible change is subtle – a slight smoothing around the eyes and a firmer feel after workouts. I keep a routine moisturizer and a light serum, so it’s hard to separate the effec
- greg208: Thanks for the reply, mate. Yeah, I’ve not tried vitamin C or retinol yet, still sticking to basics to see what GHK-Cu does alone. You reckon the collagen boost from Palo’s work would need more time to show? I’ll keep using it as is for now but might test a combo later. Did you notice any difference when you added those?
