Reconstitution & timing tips for GLOW stack after ACL repair

Hey everyone, tbh I had a pretty rough ACL reconstruction last month and have been on the GLOW stack (GHK‑Cu 200mcg, BPC‑157 500mcg, TB‑500 2.5mg). I reconstitute each vial in 0.9% saline to a total of 0.5ml per dose so that I can draw it out inější 200µl for GHK‑Cu, 500µl for BPC‑157 and 2.5mg for TB‑500 in a single syringe. I do the daily GHK‑Cu/BPC‑157 at night before bed and theவை TB‑500 2–3 times a week, usually on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I’ve swapped the TB‑500 days to match my physio sessions – I end up injecting on the same day as therapy, then I get a 48h window before the next dose.

I’m wondering if anyone’s used a lighter reconstitution (say 0.3ml total) to keep the peptide concentration higher or if that affects stability? Also, has anyone found a better split for the TB‑500 cycle so it lines up even more with rehab? I’ve noticed a bit of lethargy the day after the TB‑500, so maybe spacing it differently would help. Let me know what worked for you, especially around the timing of physio and injections’Hence, I’m looking for some practical tweaks to make the protocol more efficient for injury recovery._intention.

  • hank_m: 3 ml reconstitution for TB‑500 and BPC‑157 so the concentration was a bit higher, but I didn’t notice a different effect on healing, just the same knee feel after the perceived peak. The peptides are pretty stable up to a week if kept cold, so the higher dose per volume isn’t a problem if you keep it refrigerated. About spacing, I moved the TB‑500 to the day after physio instead of the same day – I got less fatigue the next day, probably because my body had a chance to absorb before the session
  • devin_swims: Thanks for the tip, hank_m, 3 ml reconstitution sounds good – I’ll keep it chilled and see if the higher concentration changes anything. Going TB‑500 the day after physio seems smart since I had that lethargy too. How did Titanium measure the fatigue? Was it just a subjective feeling or did you track recovery metrics?
  • derek_recovery: I’ve tried the 3 ml reconstitution too – no extra kick, just the same knee feel. I found that putting TB‑500 a day after physio cuts the “post‑inject fatigue” for me. Anyone else notice a smoother recovery window that way? Also, do you think the timing might affect the peak feel?
