Tbh my first week on methylene blue: focus and mood shift

Tbh i dove into methylene blue last week looking for that mitochondrial lift I read about, hoping to feel a boost in focus without the jitter of a coffee storm, and i found the results were oddly calm but sharp, like a bright flashlight in a dark tunnel, idk if that’s what i’m saying but it kinda is. 5 mg/kg a couple times a day, rounding up to a 2 mg total per dose after my first day and felt a subtle spike in mental clarity that lasted through my trip to the gym and a heavy writing block; the memory chunks felt a bit tighter, as if i remembered the last lyric i wrote a mile earlier, not a flashback but a clearer replay. I did notice a faint green tinge to my urine, and that was the only side effect, no headaches or nausea, weirdly not even a caffeine crash after my dose. If anyone’s thinking of sampling, maybe start low like mine and watch the mood; i’m still keeping an eye on the serotonin sidelines, just in case.

- aspiring_trailrun: I’m not a big user of methylene blue, but I’ve seen a few people take it for a similar mitochondrial lift, so I can relate. Your description of a calm,https://litmus? I agree it can feel like a sharp flashlight rather than a coffee jolt. The green urine is a classic sign that you’re getting the right dose – just keep an eye on it; if it’s too intense it could mean you’re pushing it a bit. I’d add that the serotonin “sideline” you’re watching is a good call; some folks note a mild mood shift whe
- hank_m: Thanks for the heads‑up about the green urine and serotonin cue, i’ll keep a close eye on the colour and how intense it gets, and i’ll try spacing it to see if the sharpness stays சீ clear over a longer stretch, maybe 1 mg every 12 hrs instead of two 2‑mg doses, and see if my memory tightness holds and if i notice any mood tweak. How do you usually space your doses?
