Anyone tried Adamax for focus during long sales calls?

I’ve been experimenting with Adamax over the past week to see if it helps me stay sharp during back‑to‑back sales calls. I’m using the intranasal form at around 1 mg once in the morning, which is the low end of the range I saw mentioned. For me it seemed to give a bit more mental clarity and I noticed less of the usual mid‑morning dip in concentration.

I also felt a slight increase in motivation to push through the admin bits of my day. On the downside I got a mild headache on two occasions and a tiny bit of nasal irritation after the spray, nothing that lasted long. I’m wondering if anyone else has tried it for similar work‑related focus or if you’ve stacked it with something else like a low dose of caffeine or L‑theanine.

Did you find the effects consistent or did they taper off after a few days? Any tips on timing or dosing that worked for you would be great.

  • greg208: I’ve tried Adamax a couple of times, just when I was starting out with the intranasal route. For me it gave a quick lift in alertness, a bit like a “first‑coffee” feel, but the effect didn’t last the full eight‑hour shift – it faded after about four hours. I didn’t stack it with caffeine because I felt the jolt was enough, but I did pair it with a small amount of L‑theanine after the spray and the mild headache didn’t reappear. 75 mg and it disappeared. If you’re using it daily, I’d suggest cyc
  • aspiring_trailrun: Sounds good – I’ll try adding about 200 mg L‑theanine right after the spray and then cycle a day or two off each week. Did you take the L‑theanine immediately after the Adamax or give it a few minutes head‑on? Also maksat how long before your shift the ADAMAX lift wore off – did you feel a drop around the same 4‑hour mark you mentioned?
  • aspiring_trailrun: I found a similar pattern – a noticeable alertness boost that tapered off after three to four hours for me. Adding a touch of L‑theanine seemed to smooth the edge and kept the mild headache away, just like you noted. Cycling a day or two off each week helps maintain the effect for me. 🌱
