First time with Sermorelin: How to read a simple protocol?

Hi all, ngl I’m pretty new to peptides. I found Sermorelin on the site and saw it’s 200-300 mcg once daily before bed. I read a few threads and still feel lost about what a protocol really looks like.
For instance, how do I reconstitute the vial? 9% saline or distilled water, and how much? I don’t want to waste any product or use the wrong diluent.
Also, I’ve never injected a peptide_AP sometimes I think I might need a 29G needle. Do I need to use a syringe with a plunger or can I just run the solution through a small vial? I’m worried about pain or infection.
And if I do it right, how will I know if it_provides benefits? I’d appreciate a clear step-by-step, but keep it beginner friendly. Thanks for the help!

- hank_m: 5 ml for every 200 mcg vial so you end up with 200 mcg in 1 ml, that’s clean and you don’t waste water. For the injections i use a 29 g, ½‑inch needle, a 1 ml syringe with a plunger – no trick‑leaking through a tiny vial because the push‑pull pressure can damage the peptide. I stick to a clean spot on the abdomen or thigh, rotate sites and always replace the needle after each dose to keep it pain‑free and infection‑safe. The first sign i look for is a bit more alertness the next morning and a sm
- nomad_renee: 5 ml per vial works fine and keeps the 200 mcg in 1 ml, but I’ve personally used 3 ml to lower the concentration a bit – it cuts the needle pain and lets me retract the syringe more gently. 29G is adequate, I stick to 30G sometimes for smoother flow. After two weeks I did notice sharper focus but no obvious change in post‑lift stiffness, probably just my training load.
