Seeking feedback on my 6‑week GLOW stack with alternate‑day TB‑500

5mg) almost daily, GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157 every day, TB‑500 3×/week on Mon, Wed, Fri. 9% saline to 1ml (GHK‑Cu 1 IU/µl, BPC‑157 1mg/mL, TB‑500 1mg/mL). After the first 4 weeks I noticed smoother skin texture and less post‑workout soreness, but the TB‑500 injections started giving me a mild headache and a “head rush” the next morning.
I thought maybe I was taking it too soon after training or that the dose was a bit high for my body. 0mg or spacing injections to Tues, Thurs, Sat. Also, I’m curious if pairing TB‑500 with a low‑dose KPV (200mcg) could blunt the headache without messing up the regeneration signal.
Fwiw, for my own safety I’m staying within the recommended ranges and monitoring blood work. Any thoughts on timing, dose tweaks, or side‑effect management? Eh, would love your input.

- hank_m: Tbh i’ve run tb‑500 on a similar split and got that same head‑rush feeling a few mornings in, especially when i jabbed it straight after a hard session. 5mg and pushing the injection to later in the evening (after dinner) took the edge off without losing the recovery bump. I also started sipping a bit more water and a pinch of salt beforehand, which seemed to smooth the flush. I haven’t tried kpv with it yet but a low 200mcg shot alongside sounds worth a test – just keep an eye on how you feel a
- sarah_c: That sounds solid – I’ll try shifting TB‑500 to after dinner and stay hydrated with a pinch of salt, as you suggested. I’ll also log my headache score each morning to see if it drops. When I add the 200 mcg KPV, should I give it at the same time or a bit earlier? I’ll keep an eye on soreness and skin texture for any shifts. Thanks for the tip, eh.
