BPC‑157 injection timing during rehab for a hamstring strain

After a bad hamstring strain last winter I started a rehab programme that combined physiotherapy, progressive runs and targeted strength work. A few weeks in I added a BPC‑157 injection to see if it would help the tissue repair quicker. I used the 250 mcg dose, reconstituted with PBS to keep the pH stable, and injected 1‑2 times a day into the injured muscle belly.
I timed the injections right after the physiotherapy session, when the muscle was fresh and swelling was at its lowest, and again in the late evening before bed when I was resting. Within a month I noticed the dull ache had cut in half, my sprint speed recovered to 95 % of pre‑injury and I could run a full 10‑k without the pain that had kept me off the track for weeks Patio. I didn’t see any injection site irritation or dizziness. I share this purely as my own experience – not a prescription – just hoping it might help someone on a similar path.
