Scalp itch after a few weeks on RU‑58841 – any tricks?

I started the 50 mg in 1 ml mix about a month ago, just the standard dosage. After the first few weeks my scalp was looking a bit red and feeling dry, almost like a rash if you look at it. Not too bad in the first week, but by week three I was scratching a bit more and felt that the oil was leaving a greasy film.

I tried a light moisturiser, cutting the dose to 25 mg a day, and even switching to a different vehicle – a simple glycerin base instead of the original. The itching got a bit better but still nagged. I didn’t notice any hair loss or thinning yet, just that uncomfortable feeling.

Anyone else getting that kind of irritation? Maybe a tweak in frequency or a different carrier helps? I’m not a medical professional, so if you’ve got any experience with this or any safety tips I’d be grateful.
