Trying CJC-1295 no DAC at night – curious about sleep effects

Hey folks, I’ve been experimenting with CJC-1295 without DAC lately, injecting 100mcg right before bed. I’m mainly interested in whether it actually deepens my sleep or just gives me that usual GH‑related tingling. For me the first few nights felt a bit more restless, maybe just the body adjusting, but after about a week I noticed I woke up feeling less groggy and my morning stiffness seemed a touch better.

Fwiw I’m tracking my sleep with a simple wearable and the data shows a slight increase in deep sleep minutes, though I know that could be placebo or just a better bedtime routine. I’ve read that the no‑DAC version is supposed to mimic natural pulses, which might line up better with nighttime GH release, but I’d love to see any actual studies on sleep quality specifically. Has anyone else tried timing it this way and seen consistent changes?

Also, any tips on minimizing the flushing side effect? Would be great to hear what’s worked for you. Thanks!

  • hank_m: 30pm a few nights too, just before bed, and it felt similar to what you’re describing – a light buzz that dissipates by the next morning, and i did notice the grogginess drop after the first week, soInitialization can settle in. I kept a sleep log and saw a few extra minutes in deep sleep too, but like you, i’m not sure how much that’s real vs. The body getting used to a new routine. As for flushing, i cut the dose down to 70mcg and spaced it 30‑minutes after a light snack – the tingles shrank
