First FOXO4‑DRI Cycle – Injection Pain & Fatigue After 3 Weeks

Not gonna lie, I was prettyerialize when I saw the FOXO4‑DRI page and thought it sounded a bit too good to be true. After chatting with a few older mates on the forum, I decided to give a 3‑week course a shot – 10mg/kg, three times a week. The first dose was a bit of a shock.
I felt the injection site turn a bit red and warm, almost like a mild cellulitis reaction, but it settled after a day or so. It was the second week that I noticed a subtle drop in my energy – a dull fatigue that disappeared after a good night’s sleep. No major side effects so far, just a slight flu‑like buzz a couple of hours after each injection, which I think is the senolytic “clean‑up” in action.
I’m keeping my skin routine tight and logging my sleep – it’s been a bit shorter lately, around 6 hours, but quality seems to have dipped. I’m curious if anyone else has had the same post‑dose fatigue or noticed any changes in their skin elasticity or mood. Cheers for any tips or observations.

I’ve had that too, felt like a mild hangover that wore off in 24 hours. As for sleep, mine’s dipped to 5-6 hours during cycles, but I’ve noticed my skin feels drier. Coincidence? Maybe. , morning vs. Evening)? I’d avoid pushing through if the fatigue lingers, check if it’s just a phase or something to flag. Keep logging, mate.
- greg208: Cheers for the reply, mate. I injected in the thigh, less redness there compared to arm. The fatigue’s definitely a hangover-like thing; takes a day or two to clear. Skin’s dry, yeah, even with my routine. Any folk you reckon adjust injection timing? Morning vs evening made a difference for you?
