Tbh my first 3 weeks on dihexa oral – memory lift or placebo?

Tbh i started dihexa oral last month with a 12‑mg dose, taken every other day, because i heard it’s super potent for synaptogenesis and i wanted to test it on my study habits. I had always mixed up dates when planning a client shoot, so i thought i’d give this a shot. After the first week i noticed a slight lift in focus when i was writing an article – i could keep track of paragraph structure without second‑checking my outline as often.

The second week the change seemed to plateau, but i did notice a calmer start to the mornings, less of that jittery “rush” i get from coffee. I have a headache a few hours after dosing, but it usually passes by dusk. I’ve been keeping a simple log of what i study and the clarity I feel; it’s far from scientific, but i think the neural plasticity boost mentioned in the description might be kicking in. I’m curious if anyone else has a similar experience or if i’m just riding a placebo wave.
