ARA‑290 for chronic neuropathic pain – my short run‑in

I gave ARA‑290 a try last month after a long period of restless leg syndrome and occasional shooting pains in my lower back that kept me up more than once. I started with the recommended 1 mg injection daily, mimicking the dosing that came up in a few online Span forums. After a couple of days the injection site was a bit sore but nothing dramatic.

By the third week I noticed that the sharp stabbing felt more like a dull ache and I could sleep eight straight hours for the first time in months. I kept my CBCs on the side and a quick hematocrit check came back in the normal range – no red‑cell bump. I didn’t see any headaches or other side effects that people usually mention.

Anyone else in the group using it for neuropathic pain or inflammation? How did you handle dosing and what did your blood work show?
