Cardiogen injections: mild injection site pain and what I did to ease it

I started a short course of Cardiogen last month, doing 1‑2 injections a day for 10 days. The first time I felt a sharp pinch at the injection site, then a dull ache that lingered for a few hours. Not a bad thing, but it made me wonder if I was doing something wrong or if it was just a normal reaction.
I kept a log of the pain level on a scale of 1‑10 and noted that it cleared up faster if I tried a few tricks. I used a cool compress right after the shot, soaked the needle before injecting to keep the skin a bit soft, and avoided any heavy lifting for the next day. I also switched from a 29‑g needle to a 27‑g one, which seemed to reduce the spike of discomfort.
I’m curious if anyone else has found a routine that keeps the injection site from turning into a small bruise orcustomise the schedule to help with localised pain. I’d love to hear what worked for you.
