My first week on low‑dose rapamycin – sleep and energy?

I started a pulsed rapamycin cycle last month, taking 4 mg once a week as a retuned firefighter now into my old age. For me the first week was a mixed bag. On the day I took it I had a sour mouth and my hands felt a bit gritty – I think it’s the mouth sores the docs warned about.
I didn’t feel a big drop in energy the next day, but by the end of the week I was more alert in the second half of the day, and my sleep became steadier. I used to wake up every hour with that groggy fog, but after the pill my REM seemed deeper – I recall a vivid dream that lasted minutes, which is a new experience for me. I’d love to hear if anyone else is doing the same dosing schedule and what they notice about immune markers or vaccine responses.
I know the half‑life is about 62 hours, so I wonder how this fits in with my workout routine. Any practical tips would be appreciated.
