Tbh my first month on dihexa oral – memory & focus changes

Tbh i started dihexa 10mg every other day about a month ago to try and help with the memory dips i’ve been having since the last injury, and i’ve been noticing subtle shifts, at least to me, that make me think it might be doing something. I’ve kept a daily log of how i feel during the day and at night, and i’ve had a few days where i could fold a bunch of new trivia into a conversation without even realizing i was pulling it from a brain dump, a bit like a mild synaptogenesis boost. I’ve also noticed that when i take the dose after a late night of writing, i’m a bit restless at first, almost like a mild overstimulation, but it calms down by mid‑afternoon.

unsqueeze were mild, and only on the first few days. I haven’t noticed any big changes in sleep yet, so i’ll keep tweaking the timing – maybe taking it a bitSkeleton? I’m still waiting to see the long‑term effect on my recall during long writing sessions. If anyone else’s had a similar run, would love to hear your thoughts.

The first few days felt a little jittery, especially after a long writing session – a mild overstimulation that settles by late afternoon. I’ve moved the dose to just before lunch instead of after a late night, and it seems to cut the restlessness. I haven’t picked up any big changes in sleep yet, but I’ve started keeping a simple log just like you to mo
  • hank_m: Tbh i’m glad your timing tweak worked, moving it before lunch makes sense if you’re sensitive to evening doses. For me, the restlessness only happened after late nights, so maybe my body just needs a break from caffeine-style stimulation close to bedtime. Have you noticed any shifts in recall during actual memory tasks, like remembering names or details during a walk or convo, or is it just that vague “uhh, i think i know this” feeling?
