Epithalon injection: my first 10‑day cycle and sleep changes

I started my first 10‑day course of epithalon this week, 10 mg daily by subcutaneous injection at the grocery store’s pharmacy. Not gonna lie, the first couple of nights I was really groggy, felt like I’d been hit with a dose of drowsiness and my sleep schedule was a bit off – I was going to bed later, waking up earlier. After about three days it levelled out, and by day six I was sleeping better, with fewer awakenings.

I did notice a small injection site reaction – a bit of soreness that faded after a day or two. The other thing that caught my eye was that my skin feels a touch softer in the afternoon, maybe it's just the improved circulation or the antioxidant bit of epithalon. I’m still monitoring my energy and sleep, and I’ll keep you all posted on any further changes. The whole experience feels like a small tweak, but it’s interesting to see how the telomerase activation might be nudging my body.
