Injection site pain getting worse on GLOW stack – any tricks?

5 mg a couple of times a week. At first the arm was a bit sore after each shot but it never stuck around. Lately though the pain’s been creeping up – a dull ache that’s gone from a few minutes to a half‑hour and sometimes a red patch that rolls over the injection site.

I’m not a pro with needles, I use a 27‑g pen and try to spread the injections over the upper arm, but I’ve been rotating spots and still the same. భg? I’ve tried warming the area, gentle massage, and a light ice pack after, but nothing seems to cut it.

Not gonna lie, it’s making me question if I’m pushing the dose too hard or just need a better technique. Anyone else feel this and got a trick to keep the arm happy?
