Ponds low‑dose rapamycin – what happened to my sleep and energy

Not gonna lie, I started 3 mg rapamycin once a week last month because a friend told me it was the most studied longevity drug. I’m a retired firefighter, not a scientist, so I’m just poking at the idea. The first week I noticed a dull, almost fuzzy feeling that eased after a day or two.

By week four my sleep quality felt a bit deeper – I’m still waking up at the same time, but the nights are less restless. Energy-wise, I’ve got more steady stamina during my morning walks and my muscle soreness after the gym is less intense. I haven’t seen any mouth sores or other side‑effects yet, and my triglycerides are still normal on my last check‑up.

The downside is that I now have to keep a calendar – one pill every seven days – and make sure I don’t miss a dose or take two in a row. Other folks on this board are using the same 3‑6 mg weekly regimen – what’s worked for you, especially with respect to sleep, skin or joint comfort?
