KLOW Stack + Magnesium L‑Threonate for Recovery & Sleep: My 8‑Week Protocol

I decided to test a combo of the KLOW stack (GHK‑Cu 200 µg, KPV 500 µg, BPC‑157 500 µg, TB‑500 2.5 mg) with 1.5 g of Magnesium L‑Threonate each day to see if the brain‑penetrant magnesium would smooth out the sting from injections and improve my sleep after a hard training block. My cycle runs 8 weeks: GHK‑Cu, KPV and BPC‑157 are taken daily, TB‑500 is injected twice on the first two days ofžo each week. I reconstitute the peptides in 30 mL of bacteriostatic water; for TB‑500 that gives a 83 µg/mL concentration, while the other peptides are at about 16 µg/mL. For the magnesium I split the dose, 800 mg in the morning with breakfast and 700 mg in the evening with dinner.
I’ve noticed my muscles feel less sore on day‑four, and my sleep latency is about 15 முற minutes shorter. I’m not sure how much of this is placebo. Anyone else blending magnesium L‑Threonate with a GH‑peptide stack? Any timing tweaks you’d recommend, or side‑effect patterns you’ve seen?
