Does taking Ipamorelin before bed give me better recovery?

I’ve been injecting ipamorelin 150 mcg twice a day for the past month to keep my GH pulse steady, but I’ve noticed something interesting. I usually split the dose so one injection is just after dinner and the other is about 30–45 min before I hit the sheets. The first one feels fine – a mild hunger lift and a quick head rush that doesn’t linger.

The bedtime shot, however, seems to line up with a noticeably deeper, more restorative sleep. I’m not saying it’s a magic bullet, but the soreness in my shoulders after training feels less the next day and the part‑of‑day energy dip around mid‑afternoon is gone. Ipamorelin’s profile says it doesn’t spike cortisol or prolactin, so it feels safer for nighttime use than some of the other GHRPs that can raise those hormones.

I’m still listening to my body – any fellow users notice a similar pattern? Fwiw, I’ve kept a log and the trend is consistent over six weeks.
