Dihexa 10mg daily – my experience and thoughts on headaches

I put Dihexa on the books last summer, 10mg by mouth, once a day. I’ve read the hype about its synaptogenesis power, so I was curious if it would sharpen my study sessions. For the first week I felt a buzz, a bit like the jitters you get from coffee but steadier. Düz. Memory chunks seemed easier to link – I could recall older material faster.
By day four, a headache started around mid‑afternoon. Not a bad one, but it was persistent. I tried a 5mg split dose, but the pain didn’t budge. I’m not sure if it’s the dose or just my head being the hotter side of the body. I stopped for a week and got relief.
I’ve also been sipping a tiny dose of Methylene Blue, 0.8 mg/kg, to see if the mitochondrial boost pairs nicely. It lifts my baseline alertness but messes with my gut a bit.
Got any tips on titrating Dihexa? Think a gradual ramp or maybe pairing with a low dose of Adamax to balance the dopaminergic push?
