BPC‑157 oral helps my hamstring tendon recovery after ACL rehab

I started my BPC‑157 oral 500 mcg after a hamstring strain that stalled my training after an ACL reconstruction. I took it once daily, at breakfast, and kept the same dose for eight weeks. The first week I got'ebe mild tummy upset, but that passed after the second dose.
When I began light jogging, the pain dropped noticeably – I went from limping to doing 5‑minute intervals without discomfort. Around the six‑week mark I could hit 30‑minute runs again, and my physiotherapist noted improved tissue texture on ultrasound. I haven’t yet added any other peptides, just the oral BPC‑157, and I’m still waiting to see if the long‑term stiffness eases. I’m curious if anyone else has mixed BPC‑157 oral with injections or a different dosing schedule.
