Pancragen injection site itching, any better technique?

Posted by grace_sleepnerd in Safety & Side Effects - 1 points, 1 comments.

I just finished a 3‑day course பதிவ of Pancragen (Lys‑Glu‑Asp‑Trp) at 2 capsules per day. The first dose went fine, but by the second and third injections I had a sore spot in my arm, a little swelling and itching that never fully cleared. I cleaned the area with alcohol, but the itch cycled on and off.

I read that Pancragen has a short half‑life and injection sites can react, but no specific guidelines on how to avoid the discomfort. Is it normal for the area to remain irritated for a few days, or is there a better way to inoculate, using a different vein, rotating sites, or applying a cold compress? Did anyone else notice persistent redness and how they dealt with it? I’m new to this, so any tips would help me keep the pancragen protocol safe and less painful.

  • amber464: I’ve been doing Pancragen for two weeks as a weight‑loss protocol and I’ve had similar itching. I found that using a 27‑g needle and rotating the injection site each dose helps. I also cool the spot with a 5‑minute ice pack right after injection and then apply a thin layer of 1% hydrocortisone cream if the itch lingers. Avoiding the same sub‑cutaneous layer and letting the spot dry before moving on keeps it from staying inflamed. I keep a log of the time of day, temp, and how long the itch last
