Feedback on a 10‑week Superman + KLOW hybrid for tendinopathy recovery

Hey all, ngl I’ve been mixing a bit of the Superman stack with the KLOW blend to see if I can speed up my chronic patellar tendon pain while still getting the GH benefits. My current plan is 10 weeks long.
I reconstitute CJC‑1295 (no DAC) to 2 ml sterile water, Ipamorelin to 2 ml, and take 100 mcg CJC + 200 mcg Ipamorelin sub‑Q each night at 22:00. MK‑677 I swallow 25 mg at 08:00 daily. On top of that I add the KLOW components: GHK‑Cu 200 mcg and TB‑500 2.5 mg injected 2‑3 times per week (Monday, Thursday, Saturday), and BPC‑157 500 mcg plus KPV 500 mcg daily sub‑Q. I split the BPC‑157/KPV dose into two injections, one in the morning and one before bed, to keep them more constant.
Cycle length: 6 weeks of full dosing, then a 1‑week break, then repeat another 3 weeks of full dosing and finish with a 1‑week off period. I’m doing physio eccentric loading on the tendon three times a week throughout.
So far I feel less evening soreness, sleep feels deeper and I haven’t noticed any major side effects except occasional mild flushing from GHK‑Cu. I’m curious if anyone has tried a similar hybrid or has suggestions on timing (especially the night vs day split) or dose tweaks for the KLOW part. Also, any thoughts on whether a lower MK‑677 dose could reduce the hunger spikes I’m getting would be appreciated. Thanks!
