Methylene blue: my first month of low‑dose use and what i think

org/peptides/methylene-blue (i know the link is a placeholder but it’s the same site), and i was curious if the hype about the “brain battery” was real. I ached less after workouts, my focus on long writing sessions felt tighter, and my sleep quality picked up a notch – i think that could be a placebo but the energy boost feels genuine because i’ve tried other nootropics with no mix of that. The blue urine was a funny side effect, but it didn’t bother me.
I’m worried about serotonin interactions because i take an SSRI; the paper mentions serotonin syndrome risk, so i’m keeping a close eye on mood swings. Would love to hear if anyone has had side effects or measured any changes in cognitive tests while on methylene blue. Is the dose too low to see real benefits or just a sweet spot for safety?
