Trying adamax + dihexa for a 4‑week focus sprint

8 mg of adamax nasal each morning and 12 mg of dihexa oral every other day, tbh hoping it would shave a couple of hours off my writing sprints and keep the brain humming without the jitter i get from caffeine. First week i felt a subtle lift, like my thoughts lined up a bit smoother, and the usual mid‑afternoon crash was softer, but not gone. By day 10 the nasal spray started to give a light tingling in my nostrils, nothing painful but enough to remind me it was there, and i noticed a mild headache after long sessions, which faded after a cup of tea.

After three weeks the focus felt steadier, I could stay in the zone for 90‑minute blocks and recall details from earlier research faster, but sleep was a touch lighter, I was waking a few times at night. I’d probably drop the dihexa to every third day and see if the sleep improves, but overall the combo felt worth the tweak, at least for me.
