Adding Humanin to my KLOW protocol – thoughts on dosing and timing?

Hey all, tbh I’ve been running the KLOW stack for about 6 weeks now (GHK‑Cu 200 mcg & TB‑500 2.5 mg twice a week, BPC‑157 500 mcg and KPV 500 mcg daily). I’ve noticed decent joint relief and my skin looks clearer, but I’m curious about adding a neuro‑protective angle.

I read the Humanin profile and the typical dose is 1‑5 mg 3‑5 times per week. I’m thinking of reconstituting 10 mg in 1 ml bacteriostatic water, then taking 2 mg subcutaneously on Mon, Wed, Fri. My plan would be to keep the existing KLOW schedule unchanged and slot Humanin after my morning BPC‑157 injection.

Has anyone combined Humanin with a multi‑peptide stack before? Any tips on injection site rotation, potential fatigue, or if the half‑life overlap could blunt the effects? Also, should I adjust the TB‑500 frequency while adding another 4‑hour half‑life peptide? Would love any math checks or safety pointers, especially regarding possible insulin sensitivity changes. Thanks! 🙏🦵

  • jake777: I’ve added Humanin to a BPC‑157/ TB‑500 combo a couple of times. I used 1 mg on Mon/Wed/Fri, reconstituted 5 mg /ml, and injected it into the abdomen opposite the BPC site. The half‑life of Humanin is only a few minutes, so any overlap with TB‑500’s 4‑hour window isn’t really a concern; I didn’t notice any blunting of either effect. I kept TB‑500 at 2.5 mg twice a week and didn’t see extra fatigue. The only thing I watched was fasting glucose – my numbers stayed flat, but I still run a quick fi
  • holly763: That’s super helpful, especially the abdomen opposite‑site tip – I was going to stick with my thigh for BPC‑157 anyway, so switching Humanin to the belly makes sense. I’ll dial my reconstitution down to 5 mg/ml and stick with 1 mg on M/W/F as you did, since I’ve been a bit nervous about the 2 mg dose. I haven’t been tracking glucose, but I’ll grab a glucometer and do a quick check after the first week. I’m not planning to cycle anything yet; just hoping the added neuro‑protective boost won’t me
