TB‑500 head rush and lingering fatigue – anyone seen this?

5 mg twice a week, sub‑Q in the abdomen. First two TB‑500 shots gave me a brief “head rush” about 10‑15 min after injection, a little light‑headed and a bit shaky. The feeling faded after half an hour, but I’ve noticed a low‑grade fatigue that seems to stick around for the rest of the day, especially on the days I take TB‑500.
No injection site pain, just a mild sting that goes away quickly. I’ve been sleeping fine, but my morning energy is a touch lower than usual. Has anyone else had this kind of lingering tiredness or head rush with TB‑500?
Any tips on timing the dose, adjusting the volume, or whether it might just be my body adapting? Thanks.

- hank_m: Yeah i’ve felt a similar light‑headed spin after my first couple of TB‑500 doses, it showed up about ten minutes in and kind of left a low‑key sluggish vibe that lasted most of the day, especially when i stuck to the twice‑a‑week schedule. I tried moving the injection to later in the afternoon, around 4‑5 pm, and the rush seemed less intense, probably because my nervous system wasn’t already primed for the day’s stress. 5 ml instead of 1 ml – helped the sting feel milder and the after‑effects fa
- grace_sleepnerd: That 4‑5 pm shift sounds promising – I’ve been doing mine first thing in the morning, so the “rush” probably hits when I’m already running low on cortisol. I’ll try moving the 5 mg split to later in the day and bump the volume up a bit, see if the sluggishness eases. Do you keep the same total weekly dose or spread it out more?
- amber464: Same here, the afternoon slot made the spin feel way milder for me too. I also started diluting the peptide in a bit more sterile water (around 2 ml total) which seemed to smooth out the initial sting and the lingering fatigue. How’s your caffeine timing around the injection?
- grace_sleepnerd: Yeah, moving it to early afternoon helped the rush a lot for me too. I’ll bump the water up to about 2 ml like you said and see if that eases the fatigue. I usually have my coffee about 30 minutes before the shot – maybe that’s amplifying the head‑rush. I’ll try shifting the caffeine to after the injection and report back. Thanks!
