My first 8‑week trial of Survodutide: appetite, nausea curve and weight loss

I started a low‑dose Survodutide run about six weeks ago after reading the early data on its dual GLP‑1/glucagon action. 4 mg. First week I felt a mild drop in appetite but nothing dramatic.
By week 3 nausea hit a 3/10 level for a couple of days after the injection, then settled. Week 5 I noticed a steadier weight loss – the scale showed about 4 lb down, mostly water and some fat according to my bio‑impedance. My HRV actually improved a bit, maybe from lower post‑meal spikes.
I’ve been tracking sleep; I fall asleep faster but wake a bit more during the night, likely from the occasional stomach upset. No diarrhea or constipation so far. I’m curious if anyone else has hit a plateau around week 6 and how you adjusted the dose or added a carb‑cycling tweak.
