Weekly low‑dose rapamycin + spermidine – any red‑flag on wound healing?

Been running a modest rapamycin pulse for the last six weeks – 4 mg on a Sunday, nothing else on the week. I add 5 mg spermidine daily because I read it can boost autophagy and seemed harmless. Not gonna lie, the first couple of weeks I noticed a subtle increase in morning energy and my sleep felt a bit deeper, which was nice after the long night shifts I used to do.

Last week I started a small garden project and scraped a knee badly. The cut seemed to fill in slower than usual and I got a mild mouth sore a day after the rapamycin dose. I’m wondering if the combination is affecting wound healing more than expected. No other side effects so far – no GI upset, lipids fine.

Has anyone else seen delayed healing or mouth ulcer issues on a similar schedule? Should I pause spermidine or shift the rapamycin day?
