Hexarelin water retention and flushing – how to tame it?

Been on hexarelin for about three weeks, 150 µg before breakfast and again before bed. Not gonna lie, the GH surge felt solid – recovery on runs is quicker and I’ve noticed a slight bump in muscle fullness. The downside is a bit of bloating and occasional flushing, especially after the evening dose. I’ve tried cutting the second shot down to 100 µg and spreading the first to 200 µg, but the swelling still shows up on the waist and my shoes feel tighter by the end of the day.
Anyone else seen this with hexarelin? Do you think the cortisol/prolactin rise is the main driver, or is it just fluid shift from the GHRP itself? I’ve read that rapid desensitization can happen, so I’m wondering if rotating days or adding a low dose of a diuretic like spironolactone makes sense. Also, any tips on timing meals or electrolytes to blunt the water retention? Would love to hear what’s worked for you or if you’ve just accepted the mild puffiness as the price of the GH boost.
